What is the return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase.
To start a return, email projectxparadisestore@gmail.com—returns without prior approval are not accepted.
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
When will I get my order?
Pre-order items are processed and shipped within 7–21 days.
On-hand products are shipped within 1–7 days after order confirmation

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
